Respecting your privacy and fulfilling the obligations resulting from Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (The General Data-Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union, L 119 of 2016) – hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, taking care to ensure that you know who processes your personal data, and how it is done, please be informed that

3. Your personal data are processed for the purposes:
a) necessary for the performance of the sales and delivery contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
b) of the fulfilment of tax and settlement as well accounting and reporting obligations in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) (e.g. for tax purposes);
c) of the legitimate interests relating to the marketing of its own services and products in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
d) and possibly in accordance with Article 9(2)(f) of the GDPR, where the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercising, or defence of legal claims arising from concluded contracts;
e) And of answering the questions on the contact form;
4. In other cases, your personal data will only be processed on the basis of prior consent given to the extent, and for the purposes, stated in the consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
5. If the personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
6. The recipients of the personal data may be business entities authorised by Betasoap Sp. z o.o., which provide services to the Controller. The Controller will transfer the data only to those entities which are obliged under the agreement to keep the data confidential and to process them in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
7. We will process your personal data no longer than is necessary for the proper achievement of the purposes referred to in section 3, for the entire term of the contract, and thereafter, i.e. until the expiry of the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the contract, and in connection with the fulfilment of tax, accounting, and archiving obligations provided for by law. After this period, your personal data will be deleted
8. Please be informed that you have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify and erase them, limit their processing, and transfer them, and the right to object. With regard to the data provided on the basis of your consent to the processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
9. Please be informed that if you consider that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw
10. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract with Betasoap Sp. z o.o.
